Our Mongolia and China trip will tentatively start from July 22nd 2016 leaving from either Boston, MA or New York City, NY. Once we get to Mongolia we will be travel in groups of 4 - 8 people with either 4X4s or minivans*.
Earn money for referrals: get a USD $200 discount for each participant you refer who actually registers for the trip.
Day 1: We will arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transported to the hotel
Day 2: Tour of the city and sightseeing
Day 3: Packing up early in the morning to Aglaga Khiid Monastery
Then drive to Amarbayasgalant Khiid Monastery
Spend the night either a hotel or ger/yurt hotel
Day 4-5: Packing up early in the morning to Lake Khuvsgul in Khuvsgul province
Stay in ger/yurt hotel for 3 nights there
Visit the Tsaatan people/rain deer herders
Ride rain deers learn about Tsaatan people's life
Day 6: Driving back and visiting the capital of Khuvsgul province
Visit shops that sell yak wool goods
Visit Uran Crater in Bulgan Province
Head out to Erdenet City
Visit Erdenet Wool Rug Souvenir Shop
Spend the night in a ger/yurt hotel
Day 7: Head back to Ulaanbaatar City and relax for the rest of the day
Visit Elsen Tasakhai Sand Dunes and ride camels
Day 8: Visit Ulaanbaatar City sightseeing and other activities.
Day 9: Pack up early to Khentii province/Genghis Khan's Native land
Day 10-11: We will visit different parts of Khentii province through beautiful landscaped sceneries
Day 12: Drive back towards Ulaanbaatar city and visit Terelj National park on the way
Spend the night in Terelj
Day 12: Drive to Ulaanbaatar City
Fly to Beijing transport to the hotel
Day 13: Drive to the Great Wall of China early in the morning
Day 14: Visit Beijing City/Tian An Men Square Palace
Day 15: Return to USA
